01Contact support
Email support@jobzo.ai with a short description of the problem and, for the extension, the page you were on.
Privacy requests — access, correction, export, deletion, or opting out of AI improvement — go to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for what each one covers.
02Using the Chrome extension
- Install Jobzo — Job Capture from the Chrome Web Store and sign in to your Jobzo account in the same browser.
- Open any job posting. When the extension recognises it, a small Job detected badge appears in the bottom-right corner.
- Click the badge, the Jobzo toolbar icon, or press Ctrl+Shift+J (⌘+Shift+J on Mac) to open the side panel.
- Review and edit the captured details, choose a column on your tracker, and press Save.
03Troubleshooting
- No badge on a job page — open the side panel from the toolbar icon instead; the badge is deliberately conservative and some sites are not recognised automatically.
- Details missing or wrong — edit any field in the panel before saving. On a site the extension cannot read, use the panel's option to pick the description on the page and it will remember that site.
- The panel asks you to sign in — press Sign in, sign in to Jobzo in the tab that opens (same Chrome profile), then press I’ve signed in. Captures made while signed out stay on your device until you do.
- Badge in the way — dismiss it on that site; it stays hidden there for a week.
04Removing the extension and your data
Uninstalling the extension (right-click the toolbar icon → Remove from Chrome) deletes everything it stored on your device.
Jobs you saved live in your Jobzo account. Delete them from your tracker, or delete your whole account from account settings, or email support@jobzo.ai and we will do it for you.
